President
David Feinblatt has been President of Duck Pond Realty since 2015. In his current capacity, he works with Duck Pond’s management company, Greystar, and oversees all areas of operations including leasing, finance, capital improvements, acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to this, David served as Senior VP/Asset Manager for Duck Pond Realty, beginning in 2012. Duck Pond Realty’s multi-family portfolio includes over 3600 units at fourteen mid-rise and garden properties located in Atlanta GA, Raleigh NC, and Houston TX. David has been involved in real estate for over twenty-seven years as a New York State licensed real estate broker. Additionally, he is an active investor in all of Duck Pond Realty’s current properties.
Before transitioning to multi-family real estate in 2012, David enjoyed a thirty year career in the broadcasting industry, most recently as President and General Manager of WLNY-TV in New York. He was with WLNY-TV for seventeen years, culminating with the acquisition of the station by CBS Television.
In addition to holding a board position with the New York State Broadcasters Association for the past seventeen years, where he served as Chairman of Television, David is active in the community, serving on the board of the Don Monti Memorial Research Foundation, and as Vice President of the Seasons on Mount Snow C.O.A. He has held prior board positions with Telecare, and the Thomas Hartman Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
David received a BA in Business Economics from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta.

Charles Becker

Chief Financial Officer
Charles Becker is Chief Financial Officer for Duck Pond Realty Group (“DPR”), the owner and operator of multi-family residential properties. In such capacity, he reports to the Members (owners) of the DPR entities, and is responsible for the financial management of the business including internal controls, corporate financial reporting and analysis, audit, tax, treasury, procurement, facilities, and human resource services. Mr. Becker is also involved in DPR’s underwriting activities related to acquisitions and dispositions of assets.
Mr. Becker brings more than 25 years of financial and accounting management experience to DPR. Before joining the company, he served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for WLNY-TV, a New York metro television broadcasting company, until it was sold in 2012. He was also Chief Financial Officer to Oxford Solutions LLC, a cyber-security business, until it was sold in 2017. In these capacities, Mr. Becker was responsible for all facets of the respective organization’s financial strategy, planning, management, taxation and accounting. Prior to WLNY-TV, Becker held a broad range of senior financial management roles at Oxford Resources Corp., formerly the largest independent automobile leasing company in the United States. He served as Corporate Controller and Director of Taxation, playing a key role with their IPO and secondary offerings with the NASDAQ and eventual sale to Bank of America. Becker began his career working in public accounting for BDO Seidman and Price Waterhouse, focusing primarily on the tax and business development disciplines.
Becker hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Binghamton University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, certified in the State of New York. He is a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA and serves on the boards of various philanthropic and charitable organizations.

Peter I. Cavallaro

Secretary and General Counsel
Peter I. Cavallaro serves as Secretary and General Counsel to a variety of privately-held companies, including: Duck Pond Realty Group and its affiliates (DPR) (multi-family real estate); Sebonack Neck Holdings LLC and affiliates (golf club); and Duck Pond Associates LP and affiliates (private family office and investment company). In the past, Mr. Cavallaro served as a senior executive and General Counsel, and held other director and officer positions, in several publicly-traded and private businesses.
As an attorney, Mr. Cavallaro has extensive experience and exposure to general corporate, real estate, banking and finance, zoning and land use and other areas of the law. During his career, he has practiced both in several large national law firms (associate at Kaye Scholer in New York City; partner at Rivkin Radler on Long Island), as well as in-house. He is regularly engaged in the negotiation and closing of numerous complex corporate, real estate and finance transactions, and advises on many legal and operational matters across many industry lines.
Mr. Cavallaro also has over 35 years of substantial experience in various government and political capacities. He currently serves (since 2009) in the part-time elected position as Mayor of the Village of Westbury, New York, where he administers an annual budget of approximately $10 million. Prior to that, he held a number of elected and appointed political and governmental positions.
Mr. Cavallaro has been active in many professional, community and charitable endeavors, including: the Boy Scouts of America; St. Brigid’s Roman Catholic Church in Westbury, NY; and the Thomas Hartman Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association; serves on the Executive Board (and is past president) of the Nassau County Village Officials Association) and is a member of the New York Conference of Mayors. He is involved with numerous Westbury community organizations, and is the founder and a board member of Westbury Arts, a not-for-profit that promotes the arts and culture in the local Westbury community.
Mr. Cavallaro was Dean’s List Graduate and received his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in New York, and graduated magna cum laude from St. John’s University with a B.A. in History.
