About Us

Since its inception in 2010, Duck Pond Realty has acquired, developed, managed, and disposed multi-family properties in the South East region of the United States. With a focus on class A, Suburban, and Downtown properties. We invest in stable and pre-stable mid-rise and garden-style apartments. Duck Pond Realty has also served as the equity capital partner in 15 multi-family development projects (5,132 units in development and potentially an additional 300 units).


History to date, Duck Pond Realty has acquired 11,646 units in thirty seven properties with an acquisition value over $2.5B. All properties are acquired using internal equity capital and conservative leverage to create a defensible and sustainable investment portfolio.
